Summary

Iqbal is sold by his parents to a carpet factory where he is chained to a loom for most of the day, let off only to sleep in a dark shed with other child workers. Eventually he revolts and tries to attract attention to the plight of child carpet weavers. Based on a real boy who advocated for reform of child labor practices and who was later run down by a car.
