This was an excellent memoir. Not only was it well written, but it was insightful and deep. The author made so many valuable connections throughout her book, therefore giving the reader a true sense of what living with anorexia would be like. This is a superb book for anyone to read, but more specifically for teenagers who wish to better understand the illness, and families who are or have struggled with anorexia in the past.
