From Library Staff

Part of a series of "Visions" of European countries. Might be a bit misty for Grade 9 though.

Great visual overview of the south of Wales, and a bit of Snowdonia. Doesn't get to Anglesey, nor does it spend much time in mid Wales or the east - no Brecon Beacons, nor Knighton, etc. Also doesn't always tell you what you are seeing, which is frustrating sometimes (where was that castle?!?). See the BBC Welsh Journeys if you want to see the Heart of Wales line. This DVD was wonderful to confirm some of our destinations - the aerial views are breathtaking. Recommended viewing for anyone planning to travel to Wales (as a visitor/tourist).
