This book does precisely what it claims to do - transform your body, transform your self.
For any woman confused and frustrated by ill-fitting uncomfortable underwear, who may even be blaming her body for the conflict between fabric and flesh, this book is all the antidote you need. Rebecca Apsan gives a foolproof explanation of bra sizing that will transform not only your attitude toward your body but the physical appearance of your body - this I know from personal experience.
Furthermore, her woman-centered (not man-centered) approach to both foundation garments and lingerie will give her reader a sense of feminine empowerment and personal pride that extends to all areas of life. I didn't fully become an independent self-loving woman until after I read this book in my late teens.
It will benefit the male reader too - giving him an insight into female insecurities and a working knowledge of how to purchase lingerie for the woman he loves.
Very highly recommended.
