Enjoyed reading this book - very creative. I went to art college with Anne, and visited her in Nova Scotia, while she was writing this novel.

Her strength is in her poetry. It is absolutely fantastic!

Looked interesting and finished it because was hoping would get a bit more exciting, but it didn't. Paled in comparison to books like Book of Negroes and Tenth Gift which held far more depth and intrigue - perhaps I found it just to much like average life to appreciate what it offered.
