Sherlock Holmes. One of the more intriguing heroes of literature, he also is one of the most famous detectives. What makes these stories so attention grabbing is the way we learn the facts along with Watson. Another side note is the way other cases are mentioned, but never elaborated upon. A literary classic, and for good reason.
