Well worth the try. It should be noted though that this game is a budget title, so don't expect amazing graphics when compared to a game like Halo Reach or Gears of War. That said the game is entertaining, has a good sense of humour, and uses real history to bolster its story.

A point and click "adventure" game, set around one of the theories about the story of Jack the Ripper. The story is interesting enough on it's own, and will make you push through to the end, but doesn't warrant a game for it.

Great for achievements, but if that's not what you're looking for, you might as well just read one of the books instead.

This is a wonderfully creepy puzzle game set in Victorian London. You play as both Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as you try to discover the identity of the Whitechapel Killer - aka Jack the Ripper. You need to talk to suspects, collect clues, make deductions, examine crime scene and solve puzzles to progress the game.

The only thing about this that I didn't like was that if you are stuck with a puzzle, you can't move the story forward until you solve that puzzle.
