Even though nothing revolutionary, still interesting and entertaining. I even found it educational. I never knew so many radicchio varieties, or muscle grown in petri dish, or fish farmed indoors. Yes, I recommend it to people who's interested in food.

This book was full of interesting information on the future of the food industry. From genetically modified foods to lab grown meats, I couldn't put this book down for long. Definitely a good read if you're into the food and nutrition field.
